#25 of 78 hotels in Asheville based on Tripadvisor

United Kingdom, July  2024
8.4/10

I had a lovely stay at this hotel, which is beautifully situated close to downtown and major attractions. The rooms were quite cozy, and the staff went out of their way to be friendly and helpful. However, while the dining experience was decent, the buffet could be improved to match the hotel's luxury theme. The price felt a bit high in relation to some services, but overall, it was a memorable experience.

The staff was extremely nice and went above and beyond, especially in accommodating my gluten-free needs.
Location

The hotel is a mini honeymoon spot with a beautiful location right outside downtown Asheville, offering stunning views.
Dining
7.0
The dining options were a reduced version of what I expected, but the buffet was still worth a try, albeit a bit pricey.

The facilities were good, adding to the overall luxurious feel of the hotel.
